I'm not from anywhere near you so maybe the labor requirements for the crops you raise are vastly different, but I don't see the need for any hired hands on a 2000 acre grain only operation if your dad is in good health. "Here" that number of acres would only justify temporary harvest help, or maybe planting season help. Again, educate me if I'm wrong, just seems like that is an abundance of labor.
