Central Texas | My experience with mycoplasma was it didn't kill terribly fast, usually took several days. Was told by experienced vet that myco needed 14 days treatment, which is 4 rounds of nuflor/resflor or baytril or 2 rounds of draxxin/zactran/zuprevo. Until I started treating this way, had lots of relapses then deads. Suggest googling "treating mycoplasma bovis".
If they're dying fast, suspect a type of pneumonia which I would treat as mentioned in previous thread. | |
