Well, I'm back. I was in this thread for a little bit over a year ago but decided that quitting Copenhagen was going to be my focus. I was successful with that, and in the process gained a bunch of weight. I've made drastic eating style changes, got meds for my hypertension, started a walking like a mad man, and have the support of a great woman now. Started at 320, my first goal is 288. Figure 10% is a good number to begin with. Currently 309 this morning. Sunday morning seems to be as good a time as any to log my weight and I might as well do it here. Glad to see the thread still alive! |
