I'm using a fitbit to track everything. I've found that recording what goes in makes me really think. I've cut out fast food all but 100%. No more soda pop, and that was almost as bad as the tobacco. Eating a lot more vegetables and not mindlessly eating empty calories is helping a lot. My girlfriend asked me tonight if I was wearing a new shirt when we headed out for a walk tonight.... told her it was new but I hadn't been able to wear it until now! |
