Leading by example is for suckers. This is the real deal man, there is no room for altruistic notions of what should be - only what is. Get yours, or get left behind and trampled under foot. Big oil is hot on the chase and can't wait to run this thing over. Turning the other cheek will only get you buried. These Arnt "nice guys" that play fair. Billions on the line.
