NE Miss | I was implying that making a yield claim after a field is harvested is kinda the reverse of the way I would do it if I designed the system, I mean how hard is it to put a different farm number on the elevator ticket, then turn in the other farm cause I only cut X number bushels off this field and here are the tickets to prove it. Can you look at a harvested field and tell if it cut 25 bushels or 10?
The system won't change, least not anytime soon. I'm just saying there is way too much room to cheat the system as it stands. From both the adjuster and the farmer ends. | |
