I suspect there are plenty of ag people that try to "scam" insurances of all types. Health, auto, house (little hail...need new roof NOW!), & crop. Some also try & scam FSA by not following rules, whatever they may be. Insurance industry is probably scammed from every which way & they spend 24 hrs/day trying to protect themselves. Ever see 75 people w/neck braces standing by a 50 pax bus accident?
