We have a Treager smoker/grill and have started buying whole ribeye rolls or pork loins and cooking them plain or with some salt on the outside.

Then each person can add what ever they enjoy! Myself, beef, just salt, pork? Sometimes barbque sauce, sometimes mayo.

Leftovers cold, make a nice sandwich with mayo and lettuce.
