S.E. Nebr.
A question for all the bbqers on here. Yesterday grilled some sirloins on smoker. Didn't put nothing on them. Turned out great. So I'm thinking why put all this rub and so forth on meat to cook? Doing a hog this week and thinking putting nothing on far as rub, so forth. Anyone do it this way and have good results?
