I had been thinking of ripping this ground; but I do have a John Deere soil finisher with disk blades; sweeps and harrow. Chopped the stalks last fall.
If you chopped stalks last fall and didn't work the ground then all your trash is in the road ditch or neighbors fence row. Should be able to disk then hit it with a finisher.
