Subject: Time to move.

Time to move. Sell the land to a big city developer for $100K per acre, sell the trucks and machinery, invest in tax free municipal bonds and live on the interest from the bonds.

Or move the operation into town to a place zoned industrial and annoy the residents with lots of truck traffic, but away from the township interference.

Maybe in another state.
