What are the state regulations? Sometimes the local zoning people try to BS people and don't follow the law.A guy near me was told he couldn't build a new building that was closer to the road than his house.The state said there was no regulation like that.He built it and the township did nothing.
They defiantly have that Ordnance her House has to be in front .. you could apply for a variance but they will never give you one
It's called the zoning Board of appeals and they never grant any variances .. |
