It's job security for the testing places, always a full schedule, if not fail a few more get a 2nd pay to show a profit. I had the same thing 30 years ago, 1st try pefect all the way and guy say's "aw you almost passed", 2nd try all kinds of things wrong even try backing over kids on bikes and "PASSED".
