central mich | If the hertz is changing , i.e. the engine speed, then of course you need to ck the engine. Regarding the engine is is mostly likely the fuel or the governor. If fuel most likey too lean. If governor most likely the gain needs to be decreased, i.e. less sensitive. Either mechanical or electronic governor.
