My first question would be whether or not the sister did anything to help care for and harvest the crop after dad died, if not why should she get half the crop. The proceeds should stay with the corp, she will get income from her share of land for as long as she owns it. The way some nonfarm siblings expect to get an even share when they have nothing for the farm drives me nuts.
