Northern Illinois | If the father was still alive how much would the father have recieved? Sounds to me like your buddy is trying to screw his sister out of money by lowballing the value of the crop. If the crop is already sold then finding the value should be very easy. If an insurance payment was recieved that also would be easy to figure out. If the crop is in a bin that should be easy. If part of the crop is in the bin, some was sold and an insurance claim was put in that should be easy also. I guess as I said above unless the brother is trying to screw over his sister it should be very easy on Nov 20 to figure out the value of a crop that was already produced. | |
