SESD | Sounds like a mess. I agree with a statement Mike SE IL made. The sister only gets half OF HER DAD'S SHARE. If the buddy already was getting half, he would now be getting 3/4 of the total package and the sister would get 1/4. I would also say that the easy way to do it since it happened in June would be to take the insurance gurantee and split it this way, minus inputs. If both agree, use the net since harvest is now done and split it the same way. | |
