Subject: Tools for breaking out CRP

I know this topic has come up in the past, but I wanted to get some ideas on putting 1200 acres of expired CRP back into production. It's relatively flat ground, with no rocks. Along with spraying, is there a particular tool or practice you might recommend, or caution against? We'd been wondering about running a heavy disk, just lightly through the field, in order to smooth things for spraying. Some tools I've started looking at are the Horsch Anderson Joker and a Great Plains Turbo Till. TIA.
