Rather than the posturing, what is your question?
It is very central to your original question; many people twist words and their meanings, and the organic movement is full of people twisting the meaning of words. that is the reason farmers who understand growing things get frustrated and put down parts of that movement.
If there was an unbiased court that sorted out the twisted words, we would have a better understanding of what the organic movement was all about.
