Manitoba
an organic field can be dirty, but the weedseeds can be cleaned out (talking small grains like wheat/oats here), but if you can't spray for disease you will be eating flour made from wheat that was infested with a toxin like fusarium. also from an agronomic standpoint the organic guys trading seed are some of the worst for spreading diseaases around the county, state, and eventually country. as far as organic vegetables go, i'm not a vegetable grower but i'd imagine disease pressure is a problem for them too. i wouldn't want to pay double the price for food that is full of disease, or apples full of worm holes. but if you like worms, all the power to you!
