| I believe you would be wise to consider an iPad. Your parents, both in what they use a computer for and their knowledge level, sound like mine. I gave them an iPad for their birthdays, both in May and they absolutely love it. Dead simple to use, no virus worries, super fast, etc.
Only bad thing is you may end up buying two in the long run - my folks fight over theirs in the evenings. :)
If you insist on a traditional computer, take a look at an iMac or a Macbook. Stay away from the Pro lines - WAY more power there than they will ever even consider. | |
