We just released an update to our ManagePLUS for QuickBooks add-on...which has features specifically for Class reporting (and calculating per-unit revenues and costs, like price per head/bushel/pound, etc.), and also supports 2 quantities per transaction (so you can keep both livestock weight *and* number of head with the transaction).
The "big thing" about this update, is that it has visual features for sorting, filtering, and grouping transactions...and grouped transactions are automatically totaled, and provide per-unit statistics for the grouping (such as per Account or per QuickBooks Class).
