I've used Quicken and Quickbooks. Unless you are using it for payroll and tracking investments i.e. stocks, mutual funds, etc. I prefer to stick with Quicken, plus it's cheaper. Quicken has schedule F items preloaded, but you can also make sub categories if you are wanting to track individual farms, fields, etc.
