| I guess I was thinking in terms of looking at a comparison chart like this one. I would look down thru the charts and see if there are features that I thought I would want to use, that a higher-priced version has that a lower cost version does not have. Beyond that, I would probably start with the Simple Start version and go from there.... at least until I became familiar with it. (I presume your question is about different versions of Quickbooks, and not about Quickbooks versus something else ?) I use Quickbooks, but frankly, I bought my version over 10 years ago; and frankly, I haven't updated it since. So, I don't know that I would want to speak to the specifics of today's versions. My owners book does have suggestions on how to set up Quickbooks for various types of businesses; I would presume that newer versions would have similar information available. But again, that is just a presumption. |
