I have an 05 4 wd w 150,000, the only thing i have put on is a water pump. It averages about 17.5 mpg, gets on long good with light loads. Real pleased with it. But the only draw backs are: the bed is short (about a foot shorter than a normal shortbed), and the wheelbase doesnt match well with some rough roads. Good idea to keep a heavy duty pickup around because there are some things this pickup can't do.
