Ed, I can only speak about the online storage that comes with Norton 360 as part of the Norton 360 package. The higher prriced Norton 360 has more storage than the cheaper package.

And I think that I noticed that more online storage can be purchased.

Plus you can set it up to automatically back up the desired files to the online storage.

So far so good, but I have not had any failures that required me to use the backed up files that I have on the online storage that is available from the Norton site.
