Subject: It's pretty hard in our area

central ohio
Yes,we live in central Ohio only about 15 miles from Columbus. There is no dsl offered through our local phone company.I had Hughes Net for 2 years and finally had enough of their slow speed. And unreliable service.I now have a Verizon broadband card and while being faster than Hughes Net.I still can't watch a youtube video without it taking probably 10 times as long as high speed. We are not out in the sticks or any thing like that and we are located between 2 interstate highways. And within 8-10 miles of some large citys. Then their is the costs involved I pay 59.99 a month for my broadband card with a 5GB monthly limit.Which in my opinion is plenty we have 2 kids my wife and myself.Using three different computers and have never went over our limitThe hughes net was around 75.00 per month. There are probably many people out there who could not afford to pay this monthly.
