If not tilted excessively the tempered glass likely didn’t fall. It will also matter if there were any film coatings. These aren’t like single pane old window glass.
Also glass isn’t forever. There are skid steer and excavator type attachments that would do a very good job of clean up. As would deep disking. If they can take ground stripped of 10+ feet of top/sub soil and make semi productive ground back out of it, a little glass isn’t ground ruining.
