When you no-til corn residue are you sequestering, at the most, one year of residue until it eventually breaks down ? Unless you bail it up and keep it from decomposing are you really removing that much carbon I assume it isn't a compounding effect that over ten years you still only are removing one year of a decomposing crop. Set me straight if my thinking is all screwed up!!
