What sucks about all this is the farmer is getting short-changed again! All the money goes to 3rd party entities like Continuum Ag & the processors. We the farmers only will get a measley $.05-.10 per bushel out of this while they'll get $1.00+ Also, No-Till, Strip Till, cover crops, etc...don't always work every year in certain areas of the corn belt. Sometimes you have to till, or it gets too dry/wet for covers, etc. I don't mind programs to help shift farming to more enviromentally friendly practices, but there need to be caveats built in and the financial reward be adequate to CYA.
