Southern IA | I could about guarantee you if you sent a sweet, congenial 20-30 something good looking girl over to talk to the potential landlord, it would just about seal the deal and you'd just need to sign the lease, probably on favorable terms. There is a reason all these seed and chemical company reps are sending out young women to sell product, and it isn't because they don't get the job done. Nobody is going to argue with a good looking girl and they will go out of their way to try to please them and make them happy. Time to have momma earn her keep on your farm. | |
