Yea, I guess really do. JonSCK has been wondering what it will take to make producers go back to wheat. Well, you do realize that about 10% of the wheat Canada produces gets imported into the US and there's just no good reason for it except that cheap loonie. The fastest way to improve the wheat situation in the US would be to slap a 50% tariff on Canadian wheat. You know it's pretty well established by the new administration that NAFTA was a bad deal for most Americans and it's due to be renegotiated soon. And the way I hear it, all those farmers in the Midwest think Trump owes them a favor. That would be an easy political win for him.
