Ohio | Make the garage as big as you can and then some. A lot of people go cheap on a garage and that is the worst thing you can do long term. As said, make it so there is a master bedroom on main level even if you don't use it now. You will someday. And my biggest pet peeve is inside sump pumps. Everyone brings the outside water in, to then turn around and pump it back out. Yes have a sump pump inside but also run a tile around where the house is going and put in a outside sump pump. Good luck. Lot of headaches but it's worth it. | |
