And here I was just about to suggest going out for a double cheeseburger and large chocolate milkshake. Then top it off with a piece of banana creme pie for the potassium. That remedy would at least have to take away some of the dread of getting leg cramps!!!!
Leg cramps.......anyone know how to avoid them painfull
