Premiums under Obamacare are "actuarially sound".  If you are suggesting that high earners somehow make up the premium subsidization of low income people by paying "more' for their health insurance, you are wrong.  Uninsured individuals who utilize health care that they do not pay for add to the costs of providers, to be made up by everyone in the system.


No you are wrong on the first part right about the second. The subsidies are being paid by someone. There is a tax on policies that get passed on to employers in higher premiums, just as is the medical device tax.  The other funding mechanic is a future cut in Medicare payments to dr. and hospital that no one thinks will actually happen and that cost will likely be born by taxpayers big and small .
