263 here. Not happy with this stall. Been in a 3lb range for 2weeks now. Working out 3days a week. Not too strenuous may have to kick it up a bit. Been doing about 30min on the bike which is about 7miles and then jogging a mile on treadmill and then some weight training. I am consuming about 800-1100 calories a day which is Drs order. Hope this stall breaks soon.
