MW ON | Well, I'm going to swallow my pride and admit I need help! I've been following along recently, trying things on my own, but I need some accountability. Sunday AM is my weigh in time as well, and this week I had a gain - 3 pounds worth! I didn't walk as much this week, plus our son was home and so the meals were a little more substantial . Back on track today.
I'm hoping to take part in a small 5k this summer and have started the walk/run training today. Hubby took a pic of me tonight, but I do not have the nerve to post that much info just yet.
