West of Lincoln a little bit
Our area could not have been done on time. One office covers such a huge number of farmers, and they said absolutely all "homework" on yields had to be done ahead of the meeting (no handholding allowed), it still wouldn't be mathematically possible to get it all done before Feb 28. Even with the extra temporary staff they hired to help out.

We had all our homework done, and it still took over an hour to get through all the stuff. All papers filled out, all decisions made, but it took forever to get it loaded on the USDA website, print everything and make copies. Killed a few trees for sure.

I'm not the least bit surprised by the extension. Heck, training for it was just a couple months ago. There are more farmers than office hours available around here.
