Subject: Help-considering growing wheat

South Dakota
This is our situation:

We have always grown corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. However, we are just starting to toy with the idea of wheat ( in place of corn) for 2015 as a cash crop.

Any ideas or help would be great. What we don't know basically is how to grow it, do we do spring wheat or winter wheat, does this have to go on soybeans stubble or can we get by putting this on ground that was silage in 2014. Is this something we should plan on no-till drilling? Finally, what does a guy do for sourcing wheat seed, seed treatments and chem program. What would be real helpful is getting a cash-flow projections excel sheet (I'm making one right now) I'm not sure when is to late to plant winter wheat, we are by Sioux falls south Dakota.

Thanks for the help
