Just reporting what’s work for me and what I’ve witnessed myself with others. I’ve got family that had piles of dry powder and never made a move there whole life. Other family always just rolled along and won some and lost some but ended up better in the end. I think predicting and hitting the powder dry keg deal had the same odds as winning the lottery. Not saying I’m right just how I roll and what I’ve seen work in my life.
I totally understand where you’re coming from. Not trying to be argumentative by any means. Like I said in my original post, timing is everything. I’m not waiting to hit a home run. I just would like to get back in when there is a reasonable expectation of profit. Seems like lately best case scenario is just breaking even. Any fool can jump in and lose money. |
