I have never been asked and would be surprised if i do get asked at some point. However, If I was asked i would just answer "no and never will" and leave it like that. If someone finds the question offensive, respond with "Have you had a vasectomy or your wife her tubes tied?". If they give an answer then you could answer their question, If they won't then............
