KWWL in eastern Iowa did an excellent job explaining what we all know. The system in NE Iowa has to fight the dry air and won't amount to much. They estimated .25 for Waterloo area, but a significant higher amount south towards Cedar Rapids where they've had more precip the past couple months.
Hopefully we have enough moisture around us now that the next system can break through without dissolving.
Anybody in S MN Or N IA getting any precip?
