Sioux County, NWIA | LOL! You would think. Read a book about Sioux County history once that claimed that historically Sioux County has been slightly on the dry side of what would be ideal rainfall. In my life time it seems we are on the wet side. In any case we have seen a wild change from 2019 to 2021. In 2019 I needed to finish some stalk baling that spring that didn’t get done fall 2018. Started on April 20; seemed like we never got more than a day at a time of dry enough weather to do anything, more often just half a day, then it would be wet for a week or more. Limped along like that until May 20, then pulled the plug on it. | |
