Last night I was checking and electrical issue on the planter and I tested a connection at 13.5 volts about 20 min before I was forced into shutting the tractor off so I don’t think the alternator was bad.
This morning when I went to check codes the first thing I saw after turning the key was a low voltage alarm on the cornerpost display. It was saying 11V. I did not leave anything on last night other than the lights (which shut themselves off after a few min).
After replacing the oil filter (and charging both batteries separately for 20-30 min with jumper cables from two different vehicles) I started it up and the oil pressure was running at 70 to 73 (creeping down as the engine warms up) and the voltage is running at 13.6 to 13.7 on the cornerpost.
Not sure what to think. |
