North Central Illinois | So, IF there was discrimination against black farmers how are they to be compensated for said discrimination without in affect discriminating against you? You don't think you should be compensated as well do you? IF there was in fact discrimination I suppose black farmers should be compensated for it. I don't believe the proposed program is a good way of going about it at all but I suspect someone such as yourself will be unhappy with any form of compensation. | |
