Yes those are pioneer ends and no they are not interchangeable. Pioneer ends have become the standard and every agricultural manufacturer uses pioneer style now.

You can get adapters to be able to hook up pioneer fittings but if I was you I would just switch out the barrels in the tractor couplers to pioneer style.
