#2 Just like the push for 30/14. Want to know what we found? A bunch of commission companies, auctioneers, and order buyers hoping to cash in on 100,000s of cattle that weren't being sold in a sale barn.
#1 Because the guys with crap on their boots don't have enough votes AND the politicians know where their campaigns get money from.
