ec. nebr. | No one knows where the price of land will go. You just can't pick timing! I have seen 2 large pullbacks in land value in my lifetime. If a person bought just before the big decline, it can be catastrophic!!!!!!! But that is only in hindsight. One will never get ahead without taking some risk. Only you can make your own decision, good or bad in the future is a complete unknown. I have seen many people wait their entire lives for the price to go down so they can buy, it never happened for them and to this day they own nothing or very little land. Rent over all those years and appreciated value would have been a better risk than doing nothing................ | |
