Had a bank appraisal done on our house about a year ago. Came in at $275k
Just asked a builder what replacement cost on my house would be on my house would be, he said $300k not including 2 stall garage, 78x 50 mostly finished shop/farm store, and 7.5 ac lot with 450’ of lake shore.
Simple math says our house is worth more than $275 k
