If I remember correctly our county court house assors office has a county map and they have stick pins in it.  The stick pins have the price per acre that a piece of farm land has sold in the past 12 months.  Interesting to look at see an over all view of the price of land around the county.  All the way to nice flat quarters that drain well with good water to dryland and no water possible to pasture ground.
